Learning for Life Programme (LLP)
Nurturing Honourable Leaders for Tomorrow (YI LEAD+)
An honourable LEADER in every Yusoffian. We nurture honourable leaders for tomorrow who are grounded in the core values of Honourable Leaders, way makers who inspire social action, possess a global outlook and adopt a growth mind-set.
Our LLP serves to broaden students’ global outlook and deepen students’ acquisition of 21st Century Competencies (21CC) to nurture them to be Leaders for Tomorrow. Through a comprehensive LLP programme, our student leaders will be empowered to be of positive influence to their peers and juniors, and the community, becoming Leaders for the Greater Good.

Key programmes that Develop Leaders for Tomorrow
Through various training, authentic leadership experiences and guided reflection, student leaders strengthen their leadership capacity and deepen their acquisition of 21st Century Competencies (21CC).
These programmes emphasise communication, collaboration, critical thinking, global awareness and ethical decision-making. By engaging in leadership training workshops, combined camps, dialogue sessions, and opportunities to conceptualise and execute school-based initiatives, students build the foundational skills required to lead with gratitude, respect, integrity and teamwork.
Through these experiences, they are equipped not only with competence, but also with character, and nurtured to become Leaders for Tomorrow.

Throughout the year, our student leaders apply the skills and values developed through their training to serve their peers, juniors and the wider community. These programmes include school-wide service projects as well as community outreach initiatives.
By leading beyond themselves and contributing meaningfully to others by using their influence to uplift and positively impact the community, students embody the spirit of Leaders for the Greater Good.
